Our STORY
Village Refrigeration began in business around 1978. While enrolled in Triton College's HVAC/R program, Gene stated working for, then, owner Mr. Glenn Zilligan. Come September of 1980, and the completion of his degree, Gene purchased the business from Glenn and the rest is history. Gene continued to provide trusted refrigeration service in the western suburbs until 2001. When Gene's family grew he relocated his family, business and career to Huntley IL. Village Refrigeration now focuses primarily on commercial refrigeration equipment. More than four decades later, the same hands-on approach and commitment to quality still guide every customer.

Meet the Founder
Gene Beck, owner and operator of Village Refrigeration, has been serving customers since 1980. As a hands-on owner, Gene remains actively involved in service calls and works directly with customers from start to finish. His reputation is built on experience, integrity, and long-term customer relationships.
